Cognitive health and stress reduction
Rediscover mental well-being, explore and unlock your brain's potential
Relax and recharge to reduce stress, anxiety, chronic pain, migraines, tinnitus, and inflammation. You'll protect your cells, renew your energy, and give your brain space to focus properly.
Our goal is for you to reach your full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. To achieve this, at WA LAM, we have a unit with a multidisciplinary approach that integrates the most up-to-date scientific knowledge with the use of new technologies. This allows us to assess your mental state and offer a variety of exercises and activities designed to unlock your mental potential. This process not only helps improve your current situation but also provides you with tools and knowledge to promote and maintain your mental health in your daily life.

Transcranial Electrical Stimulation
This technique uses the effect known as neuropriming to increase brain plasticity before performing an activity, thus facilitating more efficient strengthening of neural connections. Through bioelectrical impulses, activity can be modulated in specific areas of the brain. It is especially useful in stroke rehabilitation and in cases of brain damage, as well as in the treatment of pain, depression, tinnitus, migraines, and addictive disorders. It is also used to improve various cognitive functions.

Neuroregulation
This therapeutic approach focuses on influencing neural response by applying electrical signals to specific areas of the skin. These signals stimulate the brain to release essential substances that help dechronify situations and activate the body's self-healing mechanisms. Neuroregulation is used to address inflammatory processes, both acute and chronic, as well as for pain management. Thanks to its mode of action, it can be applied to a wide variety of imbalances, not limited solely to pain-related conditions.
