WA LAM Nutrition is based on a dietary approach that prioritizes a healthy, balanced, energetic and alkaline diet, based on ancient principles adapted to current circumstances. This model is deeply interested in what nature brings us in each season and in each region, highlighting the importance of consuming local, organic and seasonal products. Moreover, this way of eating can be easily adapted to the particular needs of each person.

Taking care of our diet not only contributes to our overall health, but also plays a fundamental role in the health of our intestinal microbiota, a set of microorganisms that influences digestion, nutrient absorption and the strengthening of the immune system.

Its concept is supported by recent research from prestigious institutions, such as Harvard Medical School and Cornell's Nutritional Studies Unit, as well as by the recommendations of the World Health Organization. By adopting WA LAM Nutrition principles, you not only promote physical and mental well-being, but also support a healthy gut ecosystem, vital for optimal functioning of the body.

Mindful-eating

60m · 70€

Through an initial diagnosis, the psychological and emotional causes that hinder the adoption of healthy habits and the maintenance of an adequate weight are identified. Through specific techniques, we teach how to manage addiction or aversion behaviors towards food, while addressing the subconscious blocks that hinder weight loss or weight gain, as well as self-sabotage in the process.

In addition, mindfulness practices can be included when eating, where participants will learn to tune in to their physical sensations and emotions during eating, fostering a healthier and more conscious relationship with food. Consideration could also be given to incorporating relaxation and mindfulness exercises to complement the session and provide an environment conducive to change.
