Through an open and personalized dialogue, strategies and recommendations are established that not only seek to prevent diseases, but also to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle. This comprehensive approach allows the patient to feel supported and empowered on their path to better health.


A good functional diagnosis is essential in order to understand the problem as a whole, the circumstances that generated it and the clinical consequences for each patient.  Treatment should be comprehensive and integrative, covering nine key areas of the patient, evaluating each of these dimensions and individualizing the indications and always adapting them to the circumstances of each person to better understand the overall well-being.

Nutrition & Intestinal Health

Food plays a fundamental role in preserving health and vitality. For this reason, we provide various suggestions to your usual routine and motivations to adopt a renewed lifestyle. It is a nutrition based on foods mostly of plant origin, we are committed to organic, seasonal and local products, while avoiding processed products.

 

It is based on knowledge acquired over centuries of research in the East and based on the nutritional principles of Harvard Medical University and the recommendations of the OMS.

Therapeutic Fasting

Therapeutic fasting is a method in which the person voluntarily foregoes eating solid food in order to live off his or her reserves, basically fat reserves, for a determined period of time. As they are sequential, autophagy is stimulated and detoxifying enzymes are activated, producing a deep cleansing of cells and tissues. At the same time, fasting reduces inflammatory processes, thereby relieving pain and mobility limitations.


There are several diseases for which fasting is recommended. In addition, people who are in good health and have an adequate weight can fast once a year as a preventive measure. Prevention includes the treatment of risk factors such as overweight, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, smoking, sedentary lifestyle and stress. In addition, there are numerous other therapeutic applications with increasingly solid scientific support. This extensive list includes joint problems, rheumatism, persistent digestive disorders, migraines and various other conditions.

Stimulating the body's internal processes through external treatments is our priority, utilizing techniques such as therapeutic massage, osteopathy, and other modalities. We apply a wide variety of therapies from both the East and the West. The selection of treatments and the number of sessions will depend on the initial diagnosis and will be progressively adjusted as each phase of treatment progresses.

Healthy Lifestyle Academy

We created the Healthy Lifestyle Academy to share as much knowledge about healthy living as possible with our patients.


Our group activities space includes weekly outdoor walks, meditation, health and wellness talks, and mindful eating classes, all designed to progressively integrate wellness into every aspect of your life. To ensure that wellness permeates, little by little, every area of your life, enjoying every moment and savoring what life offers us in this precious moment.
