Morning walks.
Nordic walking is an accessible activity that works approximately 90% of the body with low effort, making it one of the most complete sports. It can be practiced in urban or rural terrain and is beneficial for people with health problems. This activity improves quality of life and reduces symptoms associated with various conditions, such as cancer, osteoporosis, respiratory diseases, obesity and diabetes.
Among its benefits, it enhances body awareness, improves posture, increases energy and strengthens the immune system. In addition, it contributes to the treatment of lymphedema, improves oxygenation, and promotes cardiovascular health. It also promotes joint lubrication, reduces muscle tension and aids in weight loss. It is especially beneficial for the elderly, improving their balance and functionality.
